Syracuse Map Design Competition

My colleague Adrienn Virag and I started the Syracuse Map Design Competition after understanding the severe disconnection between downtown Syracuse and Syracuse University. Our intention was to invite our peers to look critically at the relationship between the university and downtown Syracuse and create a subjective map that invites students downtown to support local businesses in the wake of the pandemic. We got permission from the university and Syracuse DOT to post the winning submission in the campus bus stop.
